I have a mouse in the house

You’re going to love this story.
I woke up in the middle of the night from a crackling sound.
I thought is was the window Reflectix falling off one of the windows. I looked, they were ok. Woke up again, but this time it sounded louder in the front center of the Element. Like the sound of the bags of Almonds and Walnuts I have sitting in between the seats. I sit up and see something run off. I thought is was a chipmunk or a squirrel that got in thru the cracked window. DAMN!!! how am I going to get this out of car.

I lay back down. Fall asleep only to wake up again. It is getting light out so, I sit up, wait quietly, not making a move. I’m in the fox hole waiting for the enemy to come out. It comes back for the nuts. Oh Yeah!!! I little mouse. How in the hell did a mouse get into the Element.

I put the bags of nuts in the cooler but put a Walnut on the seat. Lay back down and fall asleep… Couple hours later I wake up. Walnut is gone. No more noise. Mouse must have a full belly and fell asleep. All is quiet and right with the world and mouse.

It is somewhere in the Element. Had to have gotten in sometime yesterday. It’s traveling with me I suppose. My only fear is it will chew on some wiring under the dash so yes, I bought a couple mouse traps for tonight.

Sorry little fella, no free rides or nuts for that matter.
