I returned to San Antonio on the 1st of Dec, which means I have been back for only seven weeks. I mention this because it seems like months.
During these past weeks I’ve been doing a lot of research. It is quite possilbe I will be making my permanent home on four wheels.

Living the minimalist lifestyle is more and more appealing to me with each passing day, week, month. To go wherever I want when ever I want, as I did in the Element, is something that can’t be explained. There is such a great sense of peace and freedom.

The photos in this Post could be my next home. After researching many options, I think this is it. Buying a manufactured mobile home is expensive and the layout to generic for me.. If I were to buy an empty shell, I will have to build it myself. I am no carpenter or electrician to say the least. This set up is a kit that can be customized to my liking.

So, next step is to figure out exactly what it will cost to live. Than see how much I can get for my house then sell everything I have. Buy the van and have the kit installed. Then move in.

I love it when things come together. I’m hoping this will.

That’s the plan and this is where I am in the moment. Will keep you posted so, be sure to stay tuned.

    Dan,
You are actually doing what most of us only dream about. I’m very excited for you and hopefully you will fulfill ALL of your dreams. Your story is fascinating; I especially liked the story of the Navaho woman you met.
    Be safe my friend!

Nice. Is there a pic of โ€œkitchenโ€ sink & bathroom? I see shower. Toilet?

Wow! This does look like a good fit for you. A kit sounds perfect. I saw a shower head but no shower or bathroom and set up….just curious. Eager to hear how this plays out. A lot to think about! God guide you. ๐Ÿ™. ๐Ÿ’•
